Preliminary outline/table of contents

Brainstorm all possible aspects of your topic. Try for 15-25
items.

Try to arrange them into a rough outline. Put the broadest
topics as the I, II, III's, etc.

You might try to find a book about your topic and check its
TOC or index for a model.
