By the end of the period, you should (in this order):

1. have proofread and spellchecked your main essay:
• Check it against the rubric.
• Does it have proper paragraphs?
• Does it have a beginning, middle, and end?
• Does it have a point?
• Does it have enough examples and detail?
2. have made your link chart on a separate sheet of paper.
3. have created and saved most of your secondary pages in your blahblahweb folder.
4. have linked these pages to the main page.
5. have started to work on your secondary pages:
• historical background
• vocabulary/cultural references/slang translation
• explanations of what you mean/interpretations
• biographical information
• extra description (SHOW not TELL)
• other extra information
• Yes, you may surf for information, but be very sure to copy and paste the url so you can give credit to, and link to the source.
