In order to surf with Netscape.
Edit - Preferences - click the little + sign next to Advanced - Click Proxies
Check the button that says "Manual Proxy Configuration"
Then click View.
In the very first box, next to HTTP put this number:
10.254.255.250
In the box next to it (port), put 8080.
