I. Warm Up. For #1 and #2, copy the boldfaced, underlined parts.
  1. A sentence fragment is a piece of a sentence that is missing a _____, a ______, or both.
  2. A run-on sentence can often be fixed by adding a conjunction such as ______, and a ______ (punctuation). You can also ________ the two sentences.

    3. Copy and punctuate. The capital letters should offer clues for the punctuation. #1 is a short conversation.
