Simple Sentence: One independent clause
Compound Sentence: Two or more independent clauses
Complex Sentence: One independent clause, and one or more dependent clauses.
Combine the simple sentences into the type of sentence asked for.   Add subtract or change words as needed.

Compound Sentence: Two or more independent clauses
