First, print these directions! Now,
go get Netscape if you don't already have it.
Go
here to download the
same version we have been using. Clicking the link will automatically open
the "save as" window. Save the file on your desktop, and then double-click
on it when it is done downloading. Now to work on your page.

Put in your floppy disk.
-
My Computer --> 3 1/2 Floppy.
-
From the File menu, choose New, and then Folder.
-
Name the new folder with the same filename as the one you
made at school. Example: brandonweb.
-
Now surf to your web page. Use Internet Explorer to do this
part.
-
From the File Menu, choose "Save Page As."
-
Save it to that folder you just created on the floppy.
-
Follow all your links -- or at least the ones you want to
work on -- and save them the same way you saved the first page.
-
Save all your pictures by right-clicking on them, and choosing
"Save Image As." Make sure they are all saved in that web folder on the
floppy.
-
Once you have saved all the pages you want to work on, you
can use Netscape Composer to work on them. Click the pen icon and then
"open" and open the files (from the 3 1/2 Floppy). Be sure to save them
back on the disk as you work.
