In the first box on in the yellow chart on p303: “Include an interesting question, anecdote, quote, or detail to grab the reader’s attention.” Do that.

Now look at the two examples on p307: Make yours like the second one!

CONCLUSION:

Read the paragraphs on p280 and 290. Those are models of  conclusions from both sides. Go
